These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Multi-Video Player for Dropbox ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a desktop application that allows users to play and compare multiple video files stored in their Dropbox account simultaneously.

2. Requirements

• A valid Dropbox account is required to use the App
• The App is available exclusively for macOS
• A 7-day free trial with full functionality is available from the date of installation
• After the trial period ends, a subscription is required to continue using the App
• A Mac App Store account is required to purchase the subscription

3. Dropbox Integration

• The App uses APIs provided by Dropbox, Inc.
• Access to your Dropbox account requires your explicit authorization
• The App is an independent third-party application and is not provided or endorsed by Dropbox, Inc.
• Your use of the Dropbox service is subject to Dropbox's Terms of Service

4. Subscription (Paid Version)

• Subscriptions are purchased through the Mac App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Mac App Store account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or redistribute the App
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Process content that infringes on others' rights
• Circumvent the App's security features

6. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the developer
• "Dropbox" is a trademark of Dropbox, Inc.
• You retain all rights to content you store in Dropbox

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied
• The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
• The developer is not responsible for issues caused by Dropbox service outages, API changes, or service discontinuation
• The App does not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose

8. Service Changes and Termination

• The developer reserves the right to change, add, or remove features without notice
• The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App without notice
• In case of service termination, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice

9. Changes to Terms

The developer may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms become effective when posted in the App or on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
